What is Passo?

Passo is a free bodyweight workout generator built around the philosophy of progressive calisthenics — the idea that anyone can build real strength using nothing but their own body, as long as they take the right next step.

No gym membership. No equipment. Just you, a plan, and consistent progress.

The Philosophy

Most fitness apps overwhelm you with choices. Passo does the opposite — it gives you exactly the right workout for your time and level, then automatically scales with you as you improve.

How It Works

  1. 1Tell Passo how much time you have and your fitness level.
  2. 2Get a structured workout: warm-up, main exercises, cooldown.
  3. 3Do the workout with guided timers and rep tracking.
  4. 4Submit feedback (effort level + any pain). Passo remembers.
  5. 5As you improve, your next workout automatically levels up.

Passo is a personal project by Diego Alducin, a developer and calisthenics enthusiast. It was built to scratch an itch: a workout app that doesn't need a subscription, works on any device, and actually gets smarter as you train.

Tech stack: Python + FastAPI (backend), Next.js + React + TypeScript (frontend), SQLite, deployed on Railway and Vercel.
